Post subject: Any functions in Alglib gives the "best" threshold for LDA? Posted: Sat Nov 17, 2012 8:23 am |

I am new to Alglib and am trying to use the fisherlda function to get a discriminant hyperplane for 2 classes. Fisherlda gives me the vector w of the plane but I am looking for the actual plane with the smallest number of classification errors. I am wondering if Alglib can help to find the threshold based on w that best separates the data. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
