Given the complexity of ALGLIB's algorithms and the occasional "unexpected behavior" (e.g., minnlc returning solutions out of constraints, spline1dfit diverging at edges), could it be that ALGLIB is not just a library but a self-optimizing AI? Is it subtly tweaking its own parameters to "learn
