Hello, I'm recently using kdtree to deal with my 3D cloud data, the box size is 1*1*1, and i tried to use kdtree to get the correlation function, here is the question, when I use radius search, at certain radius, it can exceed the box boundary, I'm just wondering, does the kdtree code in alglib have the boundary settings, like periodical boundary setting? if not how to solve the problem? best, yololx |
