Does anyone know if it is possible to have parameter constraints in non-linear least squares? I'm using lsfitcreatef and want to add inequality parameter constraints in addition to bounds on the parameters.

In yhe ALGLIB 3.2 - no. Bound constrained fitting will be introduced in the ALGLIB 3.3, as for general linear constraints - they may wait for 3.4.
