 Post subject: lsfitlinear: What do to when some data is missing?

I am trying to use lsfitlinear to find a regression for 385 samples and 17 parameters. However, not all 385 samples have values for all 17 parameters. Is there a way to tell lsfitlinear that the data is missing so that it doesn't try to fit that sample for that parameter?
