I am using the function smatrixevd to calculate the eigenvectors of a large symmetric matrix ap::real_2d_array M, where its size is 10000 x 10000. But when I set M.setlength(10000,10000), I have errors. Can I set M to be a upper triangular matrix? So that memory space will not be exceeded? Thank you for your help. :D |

I have to rewrite linear algebra algorithms from scratch if I want them to be efficient enough on packed matrices. It will be implemented one day, but this item has low priority in my TODO list. |
