Hi!

My name is Adam and I have just started my PhD in molecular biology. I need to analyse a large number of datasets for which I need to fit a five-parameter function:

I know that Levenberg-Marquardt method can be used for this purpose very well. My data points come as measurements of 6-8 samples, similar to this:

As I am a complete newbie, I would like to ask if ALGLIB is a good choice for this purpose (estimation of 5 equation parameters based on a limited number of data points).

Best wishes,

Adam
