Hello. Where can I find polynomialbar2pow function? I see in Delphi and C# packages. Please, help me!

As for C#, you have to add interpolation.cs and its dependencies to your project. Then you can just call alglib.polynomialbar2pow

Delphi version of ALGLIB doesn't include this function, because it was introduced in ALGLIB 3.x, and Delphi version was frozen at 2.6. It is planned to release 3.x version of ALGLIB for Delphi in the next several months. As for now, you can't use functions which were introduced in 3.x in the Delphi/FreePascal versions.
